Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Berry 3D Creative Co. 

The following information sets out our terms and conditions of our shipping policy. 

Please note order processing times are seperate from the shipping times.

Processing your order:

Order processing times vary on busy periods and custom orders. If you have placed a ready to print order please allow 1 - 5 business days (excluding weekends) to process or print your order. Custom orders please allow up to 14 business days (excluding weekends) to create, design and print your order. If there are any potential delays due to a high volume of orders we will be in contact with you. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic and International Shipping Rates and Estimates:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We do not offer flat rate shipping.

Should we encounter any problems with our Shipping courier, we will endeavour to manually process your shipping through another provider and make contact with you to provide tracking numbers and details. 

In store pickup:

You can skip the shipping fee's with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within the designated time frame as per custom or ready to print orders. We will send you an email when your order is ready for collection along with instructions. 

Our in store pickup hours vary but available 7 days a week. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shopped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at berry3dcreativeco@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

Shipping to P.O Boxes:

Our carrier has limitations around shipping to P.O Boxes, if you need your order to be shipped to a P. O Box please email us at berry3dcreativeco@gmail.com and we can communicate and create a custom order and shipping for you.

Refunds, Returns, Exchanges or Damaged goods

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, only if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event your order arrives damaged in anyway, please email us as soon as possible at berry3dcreativeco@gmail.com with your order number, shipment packaging and photo of the item in its damaged condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will endeavour to try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
